To open, run and continue an educational institution in Healthy
surrounding is the cherished goal of MUKAT EDUCATIONAL TRUST. The Mukat
Educational Trust is starting SARDAR RAJINDER SINGH MEMORIAL MUKAT
COLLEGE OF EDUCATION FOR WOMEN, Near Railway Crossing, Rajpura-Patiala
Bypass, Rajpura.
Keeping in view the vision of Mukat Educational Trust, to empower and
emancipate women, the vision of the college is to shape, sensitize and
imbibe in the prospective teachers a desire for excellence combined with
right attitudes, values and ideologies to:
Achieve academic excellence and to develop appropriate skills through
hard work, critical thinking and effective decision making.
Facilitate learning among the pupils through conducive environment,
appropriate skills and methodologies.
Exercise responsible leadership and render selfless service to the
community.
Train the pupil teachers in such a manner so that they become
intellectually well developed, socially concerned, spiritually oriented
and morally upright.
Engage potential teacher educators and subject experts who are capable
to impart instructions regarding training, methodology and appropriate
skills efficiently to pupil teachers.
Encourage and develop the inventive, innovative and research faculties
of prospective teachers through congenial academic environment.

beginning with a view to facilitate smooth pursuit of academic

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION
Admission to B.Ed. course (session 2010-11) was centrally held by the
Federation of the Self Financed Colleges on the basis of Merit obtained
by the students at Graduation / Post Graduation level.
